My mission and purpose in this life is to support you in building a positive mindset while creating mental and physical strength. I firmly believe that the foundation for a life of wellness and vitality is found in the “daily details” of life. The essential ingredients of movement, meditation and mindset are woven into my workouts and coaching sessions.
My goal is to inject my message of hope and energetic enthusiasm into every class, video and interaction. I spent most of my youth in the grips of despair, depression and maladaptive coping skills that kept me from fully embracing the beauty of living life well.
I am committed to helping you develop healthier habits so that you will feel stronger and more energized. I believe in the importance of training both the body AND mind. My workouts will challenge you and help you break through self-imposed limits. You will feel empowered and eager to continue on the path to positive growth

I can always remember wanting to dance.
